Odona Banni is a free run. There is no charge for your participation.
The goal is not to run a set distance, but find a rhythm that best suits your fitness level. You will find plenty of company in people who prefer to walk, or briskly walk, or jog, of complete a small run.
Odona Banni sessions are about 90 mins. You'll join us for a gentle warm-up sessions, followed by an walking or running activity of your choice, followed by some cool-down sessions. And you could head out for a coffee with your new found friends!
For all ages! Come as your are, dress comfortably, and discover the small joys of finding a community around you who is as interested as you are in staying healthy.
